MHT CET 2017:

MH CET is commonly known as Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for admission to management, engineering & technology, law and health Science Courses. MH CET 2017 will be conducted in May 11, 2017 by State CET CELL of Maharashtra. The application process of MH CET 2017 will start in March 2017.  The application forms of MH CET 2017 can be get from MH CET affiliated Colleges or can be filled online mode. There are 4 entrance exams conducted by MH CET consisting with MAH CET for MBA, MAH CET for MCA, MH CET for Law, MHT CET for Engineering, Pharmacy and Health Science programms.

MHT CET (Maharashtra Health and Technical Common Entrance Test) 2017 online application submission will be started on March 1, 2017 and last date to submit application form is March 22, 2017. MHT CET 2017 succeed students can get admission to B.Tech, BPTh, Nursing, BASLP, BAMS, Animal Husbandry, Pharmacy and BUMS courses. The application fee for MHT CET is Rs. 800 for ordinary candidate and Rs. 600 for reserved students. However, should pay extra Rs. 60 for bank commission.

Eligibility Criteria for MHT CET 2017:

Eligibility for Health Science Course

  • The candidate should be born on or after December 31, 2000. However, for Ayurveda and Unani courses, the candidate should be born on or before October, 2000.
  • The candidate must be passed 10+2 (HSC) or equivalent qualification with Physics, Chemistry, Biotechnology (Botany and Zoology) and English subjects.
  • The candidate should be submitting a medical certificate to verify that he or she is medically fit.

 Eligibility for Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy and Pharm. D. Programme:

  • The candidate must be passed HSC (10+2) or equivalent exam from recognized board.
  • The candidate must have nationality of India.
  • There is no age bar limit for this programme.

  • Online registration commencement date: March 1, 2017
  • Last date for submission of fee: March 22, 2017
  • Date of Admit Card Availability: April, 2017
  • Examination Date: 11th May, 2017
  • Result Declaration Date: June 01, 2017

MHT CET 2017 Exam Pattern:

MHT CET exam is conducted for seeking admission to medical, engineering and pharmacy program. It is a single test for admission to medical and engineering courses in the state of Maharashtra. Therefore, PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology) subject related paper are going to be involve in this exam.

  • PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) paper must be required to those Application who have desired to get admission to engineering course.
  • Candidate who have to wish to get admission to medical program are required to appear for Physics, Chemistry and Biology paper.
  • candidate who is seeking to get admission to Pharmacy Program they are required to appear for Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics paper.
  • Three languages (English, Urdu and Marathi) will be available for MHT CET 2017 exam.
  • The exam duration will be for 180 minutes (3hours).
  • There will be 200 MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) and each correct answer will be obtained one mark.
  • There is not any negative marking for wrong answer and no marks will be awarded to clicked on two answer for one question.
  • Physics and Chemistry paper comprising with 50/50 multiple choice questions (MCQs) and each paper regarding 50 marks respectively.
  • Mathematics and Biology paper consisting with 100 /100 multiple Choice Questions and each paper regarding 100 marks respectively.
  • All papers and questions are required to be answered.

How to register for MHT CET 2017 Application:

The candidates have to visit the official website www.mhtcet2017.co.in (this site will be activated during the time of registration start from 1 week of March, 2017.) Fill-in the online form comprising personal and academic details. After then upload recent color passport size photograph and signature.

The candidate will be encouraged to enter valid personal email address, mobile No. and password on the first login at official website of MHT CET 2017. All these details must be carefully secured and retained by the aspirants for all future correspondence with MHT CET Office, Downloading Admit Card and other purpose. 

Download MHT CET 2017 Bank Challan form and print out on standard A4 size paper.

Go to nearest SBI Branches within 48 hours of registration and making the payment of Rs. 800 + Rs. 60 bank commission for open candidates and Rs. 600 + Rs. 60 bank commission for reservation category candidates.

The candidates visit official website of MHT CET 2017 and logs in MHT CET 2017 registration using candidate’s registration No and Password after 24 hrs. of making payment and confirms if the Bank transaction ID No. and date of payment have been updated. After the generating MHT CET confirmation Page and save this. Candidates also have to print out of the confirmation page.

Note: please keep a copy of MHT CET 2017 registration No. and Password, Bank Challan, and MHT CET 2017 Registration Confirmation Page.

MHT CET 2017 Admit Card:

The admit card for MHT CET 2017 can be downloaded from the official website of MHT CET. The admit card will be available from the last week of April, 2017. It is compulsory to bring admit card at the time of examination day. The admit card will be comprising detail i.e. name, roll number, exam date and timing, exam center and also attached photograph.
